Eclat D'arpege Perfume by Lanvin, Eclat D'Arpege is a women’s floral fruity scent with floral, fresh, green, musky, and fruity main accords. Presented in 2002, this fragrance was developed by perfumer Karine Dubreuil of Mane. At the top are notes of Sicilian lemon and green lilac. In the middle are wisteria blossom, red peony, and peach blossom notes. Musk, amber, and cedar make up the base notes. The perfume has soft sillage and moderate longevity, making it ideal for spring and summer day wear.
Lanvin was founded in 1889 by designer Jeanne-Marie Lanvin in Paris, France when she started making clothes for her daughter. It is known as the oldest fashion house in France. Lanvin was known as one of the most highly influential designers of her time, in the 1920s and 1930s. She launched her perfume line in 1924, with Arpege becoming the brand’s signature fragrance in 1927. The company is privately owned by the Harmonie S.F. investor group and the fragrance license is held by Inter Parfums.
