Carnal Flower Perfume by Frederic Malle, Containing a uniquely high concentration of natural tuberose oil, Carnal Flower is an intensive white floral fragrance that layers fresh and lush tropical tones over a sensual sheer musk base. The opening is a bright and green effusion of citrus leaves, delicately fruity-aromatic bergamot and mouthwatering cantaloupe underscored by clean, camphoric nuances of eucalyptus. A sensual, spicy tuberose and jasmine accord dominates that heart notes, softened by banana-toned ylang-ylang. The finish is an intoxicating, comforting blend of coconut and white musk laced with orange blossom and tuberose absolute.
This scent was created by perfumer Dominique Ropion and released by French designer Frederic Malle in 2005. Malle founded his eponymous fragrance label in 2000 after working for more than 15 years in the industry. Other popular scents by the house include Angeliques Sous La Pluie (2000), En Passant (2000), Iris Poudre (2000), Portrait of a Lady (2010), Cologne Indelebile (2015) and Music for a While (2018).
